The laying on of hands

Jesus used to cure people by laying His hands on them.

The spiritist mediums, as Jesus' followers, repeat this gesture as a common practice that is part of the everyday activities in spiritist houses.

This is possible because every one of us radiates fluids beyond the physical body.

Fluids are a kind of very light material that our physical senses don't perceive but it has great importance in our lives.

During the laying on of the hands, the medium's fluids join the spirits' fluids and this combination of fluids passes on to the receiver, relieving his spiritual or physical suffering.

Despite the use of the hands, they are not the ones that put in or remove the fluids. The order comes from the thought and will which means that it is my sincere intention to transmit fluids, they are going to be transmitted, even if my hands are doing something else.

The receiver can prolong this effect with her or his thoughts. In order to continue feeling good, try to keep your inner harmony through thoughts of goodness, patience, tenderness, respect and comprehension.

After all, spirits can help us but we are the owners of our inner being and the thoughts that we harbor inside ourselves.
